NEW THIS SUMMER!
LBIYRA's mission is to promote and support youth sailing on Long Beach Island and is always looking for new ideas to keep our youth interested and engaged in sailing.  The FEVA sailboat, an exciting, fun, double-handed youth class, is now sailed at LEHYC and SBYC. LBIYRA has agreed to support the FEVA’s sailors this year by allowing them to sail in in most of our LBIYRA interclubs as an “experimental class”. There will be 50% reduced fee for the FEVAS class, as they will not be participating in the official LBIYRA awards. The SBYC and LEHYC Sailing Directors will appropriately recognize those sailors who raced at a FEVA only event.
HOW INTERCLUBS WORK

Interclubs are for members of the LBIYRA only. The cost to participate is $10 per sailor. Each yacht club is responsible for providing coaches for their sailors. Host club provides safety boats. Coaches must register their team before each event.
